📼 ARTWORK STORY
Psy Mime was part of Brizbazaar’s 2023 Halloween Collection / Design Release, built around a visual theme of purple faces and funky drips.
The design marked an important evolution in Briz’s dripping style. It was the first design where the signature drips were colored using a melty gradient treatment, transitioning through yellow, orange, and pink.
The technique transformed the blood-inspired splatter into a more psychedelic visual element while still maintaining the unsettling character of Art the Clown.
Acidbath comes from Briz’s earlier generation of fluid paintings and is one of the artist’s most recognized abstract designs.
