All orders placed with Brizbazaar are considered final sale. Please read the information below carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Size Received
(Example: You ordered a Medium but received a Small) -
Incorrect Design Received
(Example: You ordered Brizland and received Brizmosphere) -
Incorrect Product Type Received
(Example: You ordered joggers but received leggings)
⚠️ Sizing Disclaimer:
Items that do not fit as expected (too tight, too loose, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Return Request Window
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

We reserve the right to request photo and/or video evidence to verify all claims before approving a return or exchange.
Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will provide instructions for returning the item(s)
- Once the item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse
- A replacement item will be processed and placed into production
You will receive shipping confirmation once your replacement item has been completed and shipped.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
Please double-check your order details, sizing, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, Brizbazaar reserves the right to:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue store credit
