SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Order Fulfillment

At Brizbazaar, our products are fulfilled through multiple production partners and facilities. Because of this, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Specialty Items
(Examples: UV products, prints, etc. — fulfilled from our PA warehouse)

  • Typical processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Depending on demand, processing may range from 1–3 business days up to 7–10 business days

Made-to-Order Items
(Examples: cloaks, hoodies, blankets, etc. — fulfilled from our CA & NC facilities)

  • Processing times vary based on production workload and order volume
  • Depending on demand, processing times may range from as little as 7–10 business days, and can go up to 2-3 months. 

If you need an item by a specific date, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee rush processing, we will do our best to assist when possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that tracking details may take time to update after the label is created.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier/shipping service that you selected at checkout with your order.

Brizbazaar does not have control over delivery and cannot be held responsible for packages once they are handed off to the shipping / postal services.


Delays & Transit Issues

While we work closely with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, etc.).

If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks of shipment, please contact the shipping courier associated with your order. 


Lost Packages

If a package is determined to be lost in transit, Brizbazaar reserves the right to:

  • Replace the item(s), or
  • Issue store credit equal to the purchase amount

Refunds are not provided by Brizbazaar for lost packages. We highly recommend that you add shipping insurance to your order to cover your purchase in the event that a package is lost in transit. 


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL may occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely. In many cases, the package will arrive within 2–3 business days after the delivery notification.

If your package still has not arrived:

  1. Contact your local carrier facility directly
  2. Request a delivery investigation

Because the tracking shows “delivered,” it is the customer’s responsibility to initiate contact with the shipping carrier in these situations.


Stolen or Missing Packages (Marked Delivered)

If you believe your package was stolen:

  1. File a claim with the shipping carrier
  2. Obtain a Case Number
  3. Email us with your Case Number

Please note:

  • “Delivered” packages are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
  • Lost package inquiry numbers (without an official case) will not be accepted

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Brizbazaar is not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order to you.
