🎃🪲 DESIGN DETAILS
BeetleJack:
BeetleJack is my psychedelic character mashup of Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas and Beetlejuice from Beetlejuice.
The concept is Jack deciding he's had enough of Oogie Boogie's games. Instead of continuing to play by Oogie's rules, Jack channels his inner Beetlejuice and decides it's time to turn the tables.
Jack is cosplaying Beetlejuice, specifically inspired by the iconic scene where Beetlejuice's striped suit transforms into a wild carousel with flashing lights.
The artwork takes that chaotic idea and runs with it. Jack wears the psychedelic carousel hat while taking over Oogie's lair, with Oogie's game board and dice worked into the design as little story-driven accents.
Then there's the Beetlejuice sandworm, weaving in and out around Jack and eventually grabbing Oogie Boogie in its mouth.
And Oogie? He's dangling from the carousel hat Jack is wearing. 😂
Jack's loyal pup Zero appears on the opposite side of the carousel hat, adding another little Nightmare Before Christmas detail to discover.
Also incorporated are signature black-and-white stripes into the sandworm and portions of the carousel hat, giving the Beetlejuice-inspired imagery a distinctly Brizbazaar twist.
💜🌀 ACIDBATH FLUID ART
Acidbath is an original psychedelic fluid paintings and one of the most recognizable pieces in Briz's collection.
It was part of her first generation of fluid paintings, created side by side with Holo Melt, Cosmos, and Heart Melt.
Unlike Holo Melt's bright rainbow-heavy palette, Acidbath takes a darker and moodier approach. The painting is dominated by layers of purple and blue, ranging from light to deep dark tones, with black woven throughout.
Pops of orange and pink add contrast, while tiny touches of lime green sneak into the artwork.
The painting combines funky flowing lines with organic fluid-art cells, weaving in and out of one another to create a hypnotic, almost otherworldly movement.

BeetleJack + Acidbath
This combination brings together two very different pieces of artwork.
BeetleJack is chaotic, character-driven, and packed with Halloween storytelling, while Acidbath is abstract, fluid, and hypnotic.
Together, they create a backdrop that feels like BeetleJack has stepped straight into a psychedelic liquid universe.
The darker purple, blue, and black tones of Acidbath give the bright BeetleJack artwork plenty of contrast, while the pops of orange, pink, and lime green help tie the two designs together.
The color palette is also intentionally gender-neutral, making this psychedelic graphic tee an easy fit for anyone who loves colorful, alternative artwork.

Acidbath isn't just another background.
It was one of Briz's most recognized paintings and a top-charting collaboration seller from 2018–2023.
While the painting uses fewer colors than some of her brighter fluid pieces, the combination of deep purples, blues, funky lines, and fluid cells gives it a distinctive hypnotic quality.
Pairing Acidbath with BeetleJack creates a completely different version of the character than the colorful BeetleJack Starry tee.
